About Eli Martin

As the twelfth generation of my family to be born and raised in Central Virginia, my connection to this area runs deep. I have wanted to build a career in real estate since childhood and began studying the industry long before earning my license.

At just 15 years old, I began an internship under an experienced leader in the real estate industry. I later joined a team specializing in the construction and renovation of high-end homes, giving me valuable firsthand experience with building, property improvements, and the details that influence a home’s value.

Today, I specialize in residential home sales, buyer representation, and land transactions throughout Central Virginia. I also work closely with investors and homebuilders, whether that means marketing and selling newly constructed homes, identifying potential investment opportunities, or assisting with land acquisition for future development.

My goal is to provide every client with knowledgeable, honest, and dependable guidance. Because of my background in both real estate and construction, I am able to look beyond the surface of a property and help

my clients make informed decisions with confidence.

My Christian faith is central to who I am and how I conduct business. I strive to treat every client with integrity, respect, and genuine care. My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Outside of real estate, I have a passion for cars, strength training, boating, and spending time in the community I am proud to call home.
